Parking: Located approximately 30 meters from the entrance. Follow the internal road uphill toward the parking zone. The regional access road and main parking area are paved, while some interior paths inside the complex consist of stone, concrete, or reinforced gravel.
Grocery Stop on the Way: There are no grocery stores in Aguas Verdes. We strongly recommend stopping at one of the large supermarkets near Puerto del Rosario or along your route from the airport (such as Mercadona, Lidl, Spar, or HiperDino) to stock up on essentials, food, and drinking water before driving to the property.
Confirm Arrival Time: While check-in times can be flexible depending on the calendar, please confirm your expected arrival window in advance. This ensures the cleaning team has completed turnover, the hot water boiler is powered on, and the external security cameras are disabled.

Smart TV: Controlled via the white Google TV / Chromecast remote. Popular streaming apps (Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, Spanish streaming) are installed.

Natural Reserve & Insects: Aguas Verdes sits within an untouched natural park environment. Keep food sealed in containers and wipe kitchen surfaces clean to avoid attracting local ants or insects.
